How to Use:
Achieve optimal results with ease. Start by ensuring that the powder is completely dissolved in the bath water before adding the parts to soak. Use a ratio of 200g of CG30 Aluminium Decarboniser per 5 litres of water. For enhanced efficiency, heat the bath to 93°C or bring it to a boil. Immerse the parts for 1-3 hours, allowing the solution to work its magic. After soaking, remove the parts and flush them with water. For added protection against atmospheric rust, follow up with an inhibiting rinse. In cases where heating facilities are unavailable, CG30 can be used as a cold soak bath by using a concentration of 400g per 5 litres of water for 12-24 hours.
